Role Description

This role is to drive the business and technology sales engagements at Neev Systems in India. Ideate and develop strategies to increase the reach of Neev Systems by actively participating in meeting with potential clients to perform pre sales, due diligence and discuss case studies with customers. A person who is creative and customer centric at the core will be the best-fit.

Responsibilities:
o New Business Development in India
o Create a comprehensive plan for Neev Systems in India in line with the organization goals and offerings
o Hunt new opportunities
o Responsible for overall Sales & business development and revenue generation
o Responsible for Marketing Products and Service offerings
o Accountable for client relationship & service delivery in collaboration with development teams
o Contest in Bids and proposals
o Meeting with C Level Executives & decision making
o Showcase Neev’s solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organisation through presentations, workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.
o Screen potential business deals by analyzing customer’s market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials
o Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts as well as integrating contract requirements with business operations
o Map out the key competition players in the customer account and determine sales implementation strategy
o Develop strong relationships and connect within the customer organization with an intent to influence key stakeholders and decision making
o Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s context, challenges and long-term business strategies and propose relevant propositions.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master in Business Administration is a definite plus
o You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales/ Software services and/or products
o Working in a leading IT services and products firm with prior experience of working with onshore, offshore teams. Good understanding of software development life cycles and product life cycles
o Track record of selling technology solutions and services
o Ability to create and nurture new business opportunities while delivering value to customers
