Job Description:
* Strong understanding of ERP Financials (FSCM) processes, including transactions, process flows, reporting, and configuration.
* Proficiency in Workday Finance business processes, configurations, transactions, security, and reporting.
* Good understanding of SOX processes and expertise in ERP SOX compliance.
* Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including auditing, accounting, leadership, technical, and operational teams.
* Experience in preparing Workday Advanced Reports and in the creation and usage of Workday Calculated Fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
* Ability to establish standard procedures for handling SOX reviews and explain exceptions.
* Capability to automate SOX procedures to reduce manual intervention.
* Knowledge of ERP integrations is an added advantage.
* Ability to collaborate and coordinate with teams across different geographies.
* Willingness to educate/train other stakeholders to make them understand the ERP FInance processing to bridge the gaps.
