The Opportunity

·      Drive data-informed decisions by designing and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent.

·      Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, improving data quality, report performance, and self-service analytics

What You’ll Be Doing

·      Design, build, and deploy Workday standard/advanced/matrix reports, dashboards, and schedules.

·      Create and maintain calculated fields, data sources, and custom objects for complex requirements.

·      Manage report security (domains, roles, access) and ensure data quality, compliance, and documentation.

·      Partner with HR & other partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

·      Optimize performance, rationalize redundant reports, and support audits, integrations, and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

·      Hands-on Workday reporting experience with Report Writer, advanced/matrix/composite reports, and calculated fields.

·      Strong understanding of Workday HCM data model, business processes, and report security concepts.

·      Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders; excellent requirements gathering and communication skills.

·      Proven ability to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and implement data governance practices.

·      Detail-oriented problem solver with strong prioritization and delivery discipline.

What You Might Have

·      Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Experience with Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Time, Absence, Payroll, Recruit, LMS)

·      Knowledge of HR compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, pay equity), audit standards, and Agile/change management.

·      Workday Prism, Docs, and Worksheets
