Role Description [Exp 7+ years]
This role is for experienced engineers who want to own complex, AI-first systems across the full stack. You’ll lead design and architecture decisions, drive technical excellence, and mentor the team while delivering high-impact features that shape the platform.
Responsibilities:

- Design and build scalable systems using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres
- Own features and services end-to-end from design through deployment
- Lead architectural discussions and drive thoughtful technical decisions
- Conduct high-quality code reviews and set engineering standards
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges
- Proactively improve system design, code quality, and developer workflows
- Mentor junior engineers, collaborate closely with product to balance business goals with technical integrity
Required Skills / Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres
- Deep understanding of system design, data modeling, and API architecture
- Experience building and operating production systems at scale
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
- Ability to independently drive technical decisions and challenge assumptions
