Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Channel Revenue Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Channel Revenue Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations, finance, and technical teams to optimize partner programs, incentives, rebates, and revenue recognition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to channel revenue, partner incentives, rebates, and pricing
- Configure and implement Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CRM / EBS / Fusion, as applicable) modules
- Design and support rebate programs, deal registration, partner incentives, and accrual processes
- Ensure accurate revenue accounting, accruals, and settlements in alignment with business and finance policies
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, and data migrations
- Conduct functional testing (SIT/UAT) and support defect resolution
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and user guides
- Support end-user training and post-go-live stabilization
- Act as a functional SME for channel revenue processes and Oracle best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Channel Revenue Management
- In-depth understanding of:
- Partner programs & channel sales models
- Rebates, incentives, and claim processing
- Accruals, settlements, and revenue flow
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion Applications
- Strong functional documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in end-to-end implementation projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications (EBS or Fusion)
- Experience with Oracle Pricing, AR, GL, or Revenue Management modules
- Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS revenue recognition principles
- Experience integrating Oracle with third-party systems (CRM, data warehouses)
- Consulting or client-facing experience
