Job Description:
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Consultant to lead the technical and functional implementation of our analytics platform. Designs, implements, and supports analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), focusing on data modeling (SME), custom reports (OAC/DV), data integration, security (IDCS), and performance optimization for modules like Finance, SCM, or HCM, bridging business needs with technical Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Implementation: Manage the configuration, activation, and validation of FDI functional areas, ensuring a seamless flow of data from Fusion Cloud to the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Solution Design: Configure and customize FDI/FAW, including semantic models (SME), data pipelines, and dashboards.
- Data Integration: Develop ETL processes and integrate data from Fusion Cloud and external sources (SQL, PL/SQL) into ADW/FAW.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build custom reports, dashboards (OAC/DV), and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy through validation.
- Security & Access Control: Design and implement a robust security framework using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and application roles to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Validation & Testing: Lead Data Validation efforts to ensure that FDI figures reconcile perfectly with Oracle Cloud source data (OTBI/BIP).
- Optimization: Monitor and optimize data refresh schedules and pipeline performance to ensure executive dashboards are always current.
Technical Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience with FDI/FAW architecture and data pipeline management.
- Mastery of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for building advanced visualizations and workbooks.
- Strong understanding of the underlying data models in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Tools: Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
- Technical: Strong SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
Professional Experience:
- Proven Track Record: At least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle FDI or FAW as a lead consultant.
- Relevant Background: 5+ years of experience in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, focusing on business intelligence and data warehousing and have excellent Client-Facing Experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Consultant:
- Successful activation of all required Functional Areas within the project timeline.
- 100% data accuracy between Fusion source systems and FDI dashboards.
- Successful training and handover to the internal business analytics team.
