Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Communities Application Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Communities Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Communities application within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance the user experience and drive engagement within our communities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Communities application to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure the Communities application to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop integrations between the Communities application and other systems as needed.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the Communities application to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Communities application, including addressing user issues and implementing enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and leverage them to continually improve the Communities application.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on the Communities application.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as Glide, Jelly, and AngularJS.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
